Tracey has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dietetics and is certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Tracey has been working as a personal trainer since 1996 and a fitness instructor since 1995. Her areas of expertise include nutrition for weight loss, weight management and sports. She specializes in balance and core conditioning using a fitness ball, aqua aerobics, sports conditioning, Walk Reebok technique, distance and interval training, strength training, indoor cycling, and older adult fitness. Tracey's personal training experience has included working with individuals to achieve weight loss, increase muscle strength/tone, decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve overall health, improve quality of life and balance, pre-condition for sports such as football, track, skiing, and minor-league baseball, and recover from injury for all ages from ten to ninety, male and female. HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Tracey enjoys training for and competing in sprint-triathlons, running, cooking, walking her dogs and volunteering with her three daughters activities. Tracey has abundant experience juggling family, career, and finding time to fulfill fitness and health goals. TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Tracey aspires to help individuals embrace an active lifestyle and reach their fitness goals while improving quality of life and health through lifestyle changes and behavior modification. |
